1. Data Fiduciary & Purpose Limitation

Aneevarp Solutions acts as the Data Fiduciary for ZenDoc AI. Personal data collected (Google Account email and display name for authentication) and document text are processed strictly for the purpose of vector-indexed search, question-answering, and visual citation rendering.

2. Document Data Retention & Processing

All document embeddings and text chunks are stored in ephemeral in-memory vectors. Document indexes are tied to your active reasoning session and are completely purged when you click Clear Session or upload a new file.

3. Data Principal Rights (Section 11, 12, 13 & 14 of DPDP Act 2023)

• Right to Access Information: You may review the active documents and chat history in your workspace.
• Right to Correction and Erasure: You can purge your uploaded documents and delete all stored Firestore chat sessions instantly via the workspace UI.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register grievances with our Grievance Officer and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in event of death or incapacity.

4. Security & Cross-Border Data Storage

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. In-cloud computation runs on Google Cloud Run in compliance with MeitY and CERT-In security standards.

1. Compliance with Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021

By accessing ZenDoc AI, you agree under Rule 3(1)(b) not to host, upload, modify, or transmit any document that:

• Belongs to another person without authorization or infringes intellectual property;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India;
• Contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful exploits.

2. MeitY Generative AI Advisory Compliance

ZenDoc AI employs Google Gemini 2.5 Flash generative artificial intelligence models. Users are informed that:

• All synthetic answers are generated algorithmically based on the extracted context.
• While our Visual Grounding Engine verifies source citations, AI responses should be independently validated for critical financial, legal, or medical decisions.

3. Document Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property and ownership rights over all documents uploaded to ZenDoc AI.
